September 2022 - Present

Senior Customer Success Manager

Affinidi India Pvt. Ltd.

  1. As a Senior Customer Success Manager, my role involves driving customer value propositions for customers in the BFSI and Skilling Institute domain through regular engagements with decision-makers at the customer end to drive adoption and engagement for Affinidi products.

  2. Currently leading a team of 2 Customer Success Analysts along with a team of 3rd party Calling agents and Team Leads

  3. Drive customer success strategies and work collaboratively to help client’s road map a solution to achieve their business objectives

  4. Key focus on strategies to increase end-user adoption and present actionable business insights via data analytics

  5. Identify solution innovation opportunities in current deployments that may enhance the ability to meet desired business outcomes

  6. Engage closely with Product Managers and Engineering Leaders to identify, improve, and drive product-level changes.

  3. Helping clients understand and implement Neo-Banking solutions like Virtual Accounts, Payout APIs, PG Solutions, Payroll Solutions etc.

  1. Prime responsibilities include: maintaining and building rapport with corporate clients to ensure optimum customer acquisition, retention and income generation from sales
